PETALING JAYA – A man’s act of urinating in public has sparked widespread condemnation after the video went viral on social media this morning.
Through a post shared on Threads @its.danishafiq, the incident occurred on the escalator of the Titiwangsa Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station while on his way to work.
“Just about to go to work, I saw a foreigner urinating standing up and making a mess in the Titiwangsa MRT,” he wrote.
The sharing received over 416,387 views within two hours and was flooded with comments from netizens expressing regret.
“The MRT toilets are clean, is that even a problem? They are dirty and make things difficult for people,” commented Ashraf Suhaimi.
