INTA Bina Group Bhd has secured a RM264.5 million contract to undertake main building works for a high-rise serviced apartment development in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur.
The job was awarded to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, by GDP Architects Sdn Bhd on behalf of 368 Segambut Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between IJM Land Bhd and FCW Holdings Bhd.
The project, on Lot 81428 along Jalan Segambut, involves constructing two 40-storey serviced apartment blocks (1,143 units in total), an eight-storey podium with car park, retail and residential units, a one-storey hawker centre, and associated facilities.
The contract runs for 38 months from Aug 18, 2025, with completion scheduled for Oct 17, 2028.
Inta Bina said the contract will be funded via internally generated funds and/or borrowings, and is expected to contribute positively to earnings over its duration. — TMR
