FSBM Holdings Bhd has entered into a key strategic partnership with Singapore-based generative AI company VisionTech Pte Ltd, in a move that marks a major milestone in its digital transformation journey.

The agreement, signed through FSBM’s wholly owned subsidiary FSBM I-Design Sdn Bhd, builds upon a memorandum of understanding (MoU) inked earlier on Jan 16, 2025.

Under the deal, FSBM I-Design will spearhead the sales, marketing, customer engagement, technical support, and market development strategies to promote VisionTech’s generative AI technologies across various sectors in Malaysia.

“The agreement represents the latest in a series of strategic initiatives by FSBM to strengthen its capabilities in artificial intelligence and digital innovation,” said FSBM I-Design ED William Ng.

“It reinforces the Group’s position as a forward-thinking technology leader committed to delivering intelligent, scalable solutions that drive transformation across industries,” he added.

As part of the collaboration, FSBM I-Design will manage the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation and product demonstrations to onboarding and deal closure.

VisionTech, meanwhile, will support with sales tools, technical resources, and knowledge-sharing to ensure seamless customer adoption.

Branding and promotional activities will be jointly executed.

In fact, FSBM has already kicked off its marketing push with the GEN AI Forum 2025, held earlier today, which attracted more than 80 senior executives and technology specialists from around 50 companies across multiple sectors.

Both companies have also agreed to explore the potential formation of a joint venture in Malaysia and may expand their collaboration to include the co-development of new AI solutions and technology projects. — TMR
