FAVELLE Favco Bhd’s (FFB) subsidiaries, Favelle Favco Cranes Pty Limited and Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd, have secured RM43.9 million in purchase orders for the supply of offshore and tower cranes.
In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, FFB announced that Favelle Favco Cranes Pty has received two contracts from Marr Contracting Pty Ltd.
The first contract involves supplying a tower crane, with delivery set for the fourth quarter of 2025, while the second contract is for the supply of a used tower crane, to be delivered by the third quarter of 2025.
Favelle Favco Cranes (M) has also secured three contracts.
The first, with Offshore Oil Engineering Co Ltd, is for an offshore crane, expected to be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2025.
The second contract, with Oriental Rigging & Equipment Corporation, is for a tower crane, with delivery due by the end of 2025.
The third, with PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators, involves the supply of an offshore crane, expected to be delivered by the second quarter of 2026.
FFB anticipates that these contracts will positively contribute to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, and beyond.
