CBH Engineering Holding Bhd has secured a RM172 million contract to develop the electrical supply system for a consumer substation tied to a proposed data centre project in Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its wholly-owned unit, CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd, was awarded the contract by an unnamed client.
The 14-month project commenced on July 11 and is slated for completion by Sept 10, 2026.
“The scope of works comprises supplying, erecting, installing, testing and commissioning all substation equipment and associated civil works for the electrical supply system,” it said.
CBH Engineering specialises in mechanical and engineering services, including maintenance of electrical systems across low to high voltage levels. — TMR
