AXIS Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis-REIT) reported a 20.5% year-on-year rise in net income to RM46.95 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025 (2Q25), driven by higher property income.

For the first half of 2025, net income climbed 18.3% to RM96.1 million on the back of RM180.1 million in total trust income, up 18.4% from a year earlier.
Axis-REIT declared a second interim distribution of 2.65 sen per unit, up from 2.3 sen a year ago, including 0.14 sen from the RM8.8 million net gain from the disposal of The Annex, completed on April 30.
