Seremban Engineering faces winding-up petition over RM572,646 debt

SEREMBAN Engineering Bhd has been served a winding-up petition by Xinsteel Sdn Bhd over an alleged unpaid debt of RM572,646.19 related to a settlement agreement dated February 14, 2025.

The petition seeks to liquidate the company and appoint an official receiver, with a High Court e-review set for June 3 and case management on July 17.

Seremban Engineering has appointed legal counsel to resolve the matter and stated that the issue currently has no material financial or operational impact. –TMR
