Nestled within the heart of the courtyard at the Plaza, Un Deux Trois will offer an intimate, European-inspired café experience, complete with specialty coffees and teas, handcrafted pastries, savory quiches, gourmet sandwiches, and an array of refined libations. The café will be operated by Prime Hospitality Group, the renowned team behind the on-site Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. In addition to Un Deux Trois, the mixed-use development GLC is developing will include 304 upscale multifamily residences, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel amongst other retail. The Ruth’s Chris opened in March and the apartments will open June 2025, coinciding with the café.
