Exsim Hospitality lands RM46m interior fit-out contract for Port Dickson hotel

EXSIM Hospitality Bhd, formerly Pan Malaysia Holdings Bhd, has secured a RM46 million contract to undertake interior fit-out works for an 11-storey hotel in Port Dickson.

The job was awarded to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd, via a letter of award from TotalBuildz Sdn Bhd today.

The project commences immediately and is slated for completion by May 29, 2026.

Exsim expects the contract to contribute positively to its net assets per share, earnings per share, and gearing over the project period.

Shares of Exsim Hospitality closed 0.5 sen higher at 37.5 sen today, valuing the group at RM348.3 million. — TMR
