
VESTLAND Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Mercu Majuniaga Sdn Bhd for a RM156.9 million design-and-build contract involving a 51-storey serviced apartment tower and related facilities in Kuala Lumpur.
The project, to be undertaken by Vestland’s wholly owned subsidiary Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd, is scheduled for completion by July 31, 2027, spanning a period of 26 months.
The contract includes the full scope of design, approvals, construction, and commissioning.
It is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets throughout the contract duration. — TMR
