MITRAJAYA Holdings Bhd (MHB), via its wholly owned subsidiary Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd, has accepted a RM69.99 million contract for the construction of an 8-storey service apartment to serve as a training centre and staff recreational facility in Langkawi, Kedah.
The letter of award, dated May 14 2025, was accepted today.
Due to a non-disclosure agreement, the client’s identity remains confidential.
The project is set to commence by the end of June 2025 and will span 24 months.
Mitrajaya expects the contract to contribute positively to its financial performance for the financial years ending December 31, 2025 and 2026. –TMR
