Advancecon wins RM68.5m earthworks contract from Sime Darby Property

ADVANCECON Holdings Bhd, through its wholly-owned unit Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM68.51 million contract from Sime Darby Property (Lagong) Sdn Bhd for earthworks and ancillary works at the Lagong Mas development in Gombak, Selangor.
The contract, under Stage 1 (Package 2) of the project, is scheduled to run from June 4, 2025, to December 3, 2026.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Advancecon stated that the contract is expected to positively contribute to the group’s future earnings over the contract period, without affecting its share capital or substantial shareholders’ shareholdings. –TMR
