ADVANCECON Holdings Bhd, via its subsidiary Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd (AISB), has clinched a RM47.5 million subcontract from Mujur Minat Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of key infrastructure works for the Gerbil Data Centre in Port Dickson.
The project is set for completion by August 30, 2025, it said in a filing today.
This contract marks Advancecon’s debut in the data centre infrastructure segment, supporting Malaysia’s ambition to become a regional digital hub.
Its CEO Datuk Phum Ang Kia said the award broadens the group’s portfolio and reflects its strategic shift towards digitalisation and sustainability.
The group aims to leverage this milestone to pursue similar high-value contracts and drive long-term growth. — TMR
