Gamuda buys 336 Acres for RM249m to expand Gamuda Cove township

GAMUDA Bhd, through its unit Gamuda Land (T12) Sdn Bhd, is acquiring three leasehold land parcels totaling 336 acres in Tanjong Duabelas, Kuala Langat, Selangor, for RM248.7 million.

The land, currently used for agriculture, will be developed as an extension of the Gamuda Cove township.

The acquisition, funded via internal cash, is expected to be completed by 2Q 2026.

The proposed mixed development carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM2.2 billion over an 11-year period. — TMR
