99 Speed Mart posts 7.5% profit growth in 1Q, declares 2.25 sen dividend

99 Speed Mart Retail Holdings Bhd saw its net profit rise 7.53% y-o-y to RM143.18 million in the first quarter ended March 31, 2025 (1Q25), supported by stronger retail sales and store expansion. Revenue climbed 7.66% to RM2.61 billion, with total sales transactions up 7.8% to 119.6 million.

The group declared a 2.25 sen first interim dividend, amounting to RM189 million, to be paid on June 9.

It added 246 outlets year-on-year, bringing its store count to 2,833.

99 Speed Mart will commence operations at a new distribution centre in Cyberjaya in 2Q25 to support future growth and e-commerce capabilities. —TMR
