MN Holdings accepts RM38m waste-to-energy project

MN Holdings Bhd (MNHB) said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mutu Nusantara Sdn Bhd (MNSB), has accepted a letter of award (LOA) dated today from a customer (Company A) for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning (EPCC) of the waste-to-energy Interconnection Facility’s transmission lines located in the central region, Malaysia.

The project, valued at RM37.91 million, is scheduled to be completed by March 31, 2027, with the back energising of the facility set for May 1, 2027.

This contract is expected to positively impact MNHB’s future earnings and net assets per share.

The company is confident that the project is in the best interest of MNHB. — TMR
