
3REN Bhd said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sophic Automation Sdn Bhd, has accepted a RM7.14 million contract from one of its major customers to supply an intelligent automated material management system.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the purchase order was accepted on May 8, 2025, and the contract involves a system integrated with vision inspection and robotics solution for a semiconductor manufacturer.
The contract, which 3REN says is in the ordinary course of business, is expected to be fulfilled within eight months.
3REN said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025. — TMR
