
CITAGLOBAL Bhd, through its Indonesian subsidiary PT Citaglobal Internasional Capital, has signed a head of agreement with Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah Jawa Timur (PWMJT) to explore the deployment of around 250 telecommunications towers and 5MW of solar energy across Muhammadiyah’s hospitals, schools, and universities in East Java.
The pilot aims to enhance digital connectivity and clean energy access and could lead to broader collaboration.
The agreement, signed on May 7, 2025, is valid for one year and may be extended.
