DPS Resources MD Edward Sow resigns to pursue personal interests

DPS Resources Bhd announced the immediate resignation of its MD, Edward Sow Yuen Seng, who stepped down to pursue personal interests.
The company said there were no disagreements with the board or issues requiring shareholder attention.
Edward, who became MD in 2015 following his father Tan Sri Dr Sow Chin Chuan’s transition to executive chairman, is part of a family-led leadership team.
Chin Chuan remains the largest shareholder with a 60.7% stake. –TMR
